This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Interior Architect or Senior Interior Designer with proven experience in the luxury residential or hospitality sectors, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering world-class design.

Duties:- Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar software.
- Design bespoke elements, including joinery and lighting, in collaboration with artisans and craftspeople.
- Research and specify high-quality materials and furnishings, balancing aesthetic goals with budget and sustainability.
- Present design concepts to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and incorporating feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and oversee a small team of designers, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Produce and manage technical information for tenders, including finishes and hardware schedules.
Requirements:- Proven senior-level experience in luxury residential or hospitality interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Revit experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction technology, and planning policies.
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and project management.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring quality and meeting project deadlines.
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent qualification.
